Pas besoin de tout connaitre le sujet. En m\u00eame temps, c’est important d’en connaitre un minimum pour\u00a0 la d\u00e9couverte de votre VRAI VOUS .<\/p>

L’\u00e9tymologie du mot \u00e9motion:\u00a0 en latin emovere<\/i>\u00a0,\u00a0un mouvement de l’int\u00e9rieur vers l’ext\u00e9rieur<\/b><\/p>

Une \u00e9motion est\u00a0 donc une \u00e9nergie qui circule en vous et qui est fluide quand elle sort de vous.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

Retenir un \u00e9motion, c’est donc paradoxal, vue que par d\u00e9finition, logiquement, elle doit sortir. Voir les d\u00e9rives occasionn\u00e9es dans votre vie.<\/a><\/p>

L’\u00e9motion, c’est donc un trouble, une perturbation, une agitation interne<\/b>, plus ou moins intense et passag\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/b> Quelque soit l’intensit\u00e9 de cette \u00e9motion, elle va finir par passer.<\/p>

Elle a un sens, une raison d’\u00eatre.<\/p>

Les \u00e9motions simples nous informent\u00a0 sur l’\u00e9tat de nos besoins.\u00a0<\/p>

A savoir si ces besoins sont satisfaits ? \u00c0 quel niveau ? De quel besoin s’agit-il ?<\/p>

Ces \u00e9motions sont soit:<\/p>

\u2666Agr\u00e9ables<\/h3>

Elles vous indiquent que votre besoin est combl\u00e9.
Dans ce cas, elle est positive pour vous et vous pouvez ressentir du bien-\u00eatre, vous dire: ” Je me sens bien”<\/p>

\u2666Ou d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables<\/h3>

Elles signalent que votre besoin actuel n’est pas combl\u00e9.
Alors, elle vous semble n\u00e9gative et vous trouvez \u00e7a d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, d\u00e9plaisante.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Joie<\/strong>:\u00a0Amusement, b\u00e9atitude, contentement, enchantement, enthousiasme, euphorie, extase, gaiet\u00e9, ravissement, rire, satisfaction<\/li>
  • Tristesse<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0Abattement, accablement, consternation, d\u00e9ception, d\u00e9couragement, d\u00e9pression, d\u00e9senchantement, d\u00e9sespoir, d\u00e9solation, morosit\u00e9, m\u00e9lancolie, nostalgie, tristesse<\/li>

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLes \u00e9motions sont d\u00e9clench\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9flexe par\n
      \n \t
    • des circonstances qui sont ext\u00e9rieures<\/li>\n \t
    • notre pens\u00e9e qui imagine un danger potentiellement dangereux ou pas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nA noter que l\u2019apprentissage,\u00a0les conditionnements ou les traumatismes<\/strong>, peuvent provoquer des pens\u00e9es qui vont elles-m\u00eames\u00a0r\u00e9activer, dans la situation pr\u00e9sente, des \u00e9motions enfouies.\n\nLe\u00a0cerveau limbique\u00a0 est le\u00a0si\u00e8ge des \u00e9motions<\/b>. Il va lib\u00e9rer,\u00a0en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9clencheur, des\u00a0<\/span>hormones dans le sang.<\/b>\n\nSelon le type d\u2019\u00e9motion, et selon son\u00a0intensit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle,\u00a0ces hormones vont cr\u00e9er des sensations plus ou moins fortes.\u00a0<\/b>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Les \u00e9motions s’accompagnent de sensations qui nous semblent:<\/p>

      • Agr\u00e9ables<\/b>: chaleur, expansion interne,…<\/li>
      • Ou bien d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables<\/b>: acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du c\u0153ur, transpiration, tremblements, engourdissements,…<\/li><\/ul>

        \u2666L’occultation des \u00e9motions en d\u00e9pit du bon sens<\/h3>
        \u00a0<\/div>
        Nous avons tendance depuis notre plus tendre enfance \u00e0 refouler nos\u00a0<\/b>\u00e9motions “n\u00e9gatives”,<\/b> voir positives.<\/div>
        En tant que parents, d’ailleurs, on perp\u00e9tue souvent l’\u00e9ducation traditionnelle qu’on a connue. Du moins, surtout dans la non acceptation des \u00e9motions<\/b>.\u00a0<\/div>
        Je m’explique…<\/div>
        Vous est-il arriv\u00e9 de vouloir r\u00e9conforter votre bout’d’chou qui venait de se faire mal:<\/div>
        Mais non ce n’est rien, mon ch\u00e9ri….<\/strong>“<\/i><\/div>
        Ou lorsqu’il a peur:<\/div>
        “tu n’as pas besoin d’avoir peur voyons”<\/i><\/div>
        Votre loulou pensera alors:<\/div>
        “c’est bizarre, il me semblait avoir eu des sensations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables… maman\/papa doit savoir mieux que moi.\u00a0 Peut-\u00eatre que je devrais arr\u00eater de faire confiance \u00e0 mes ressentis…”<\/strong><\/div>
        A l’\u00e9cole, partout o\u00f9 il va, il retrouve le m\u00eame comportement d’occultation des \u00e9motions, le m\u00eame manque d’\u00e9coute des sensations corporelles.<\/strong><\/div>
        Il arrive par trouver \u00e7a normal, \u00e0 ne plus faire confiance \u00e0 ses ressentis physiques.\u00a0<\/div>

        \u2666Changer nos habitudes pour notre “bien”<\/h3>
        \u00a0<\/div>
        Notre monde occidental privil\u00e9gie le cerveau gauche, le centre du raisonnement.<\/div>
        Il sollicite \u00e9norm\u00e9ment le mental, la compr\u00e9hension cognitive, au d\u00e9triment du ressenti.<\/div>
        Le souci?<\/div>
        Toute \u00e9motion qui ne s’exprime pas s’imprime<\/strong> <\/span>en nous, soit sous forme de mal \u00eatre physique ou psychique, de maladies, de phobie, de d\u00e9pression.\u00a0<\/div>
        La lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle permet de retrouver une \u00e9nergie bloqu\u00e9e en vous dans votre corps sous forme de m\u00e9moires \u00e9motionnelles traumatiques.\u00a0<\/div>
