Si j’avais su ce que je sais aujourd’hui ma vie aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente, j’aurais repris le contr\u00f4le beaucoup plus t\u00f4t.<\/span><\/div>\n
De plus, j’aurais accept\u00e9 de me faire aider… pour retrouver ma libert\u00e9 plus rapidement.\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ce qui m’aurait permis de faire ce que j’aimais, rencontr\u00e9 plus de personnes, voyag\u00e9 davantage.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Maintenant que je me suis lib\u00e9r\u00e9 de mes phobies, je comprends quelles \u00e9taient mes croyances limitantes et je sais aussi que la majorit\u00e9 des phobique les ont \u00e9galement.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Beaucoup de phobiques pensent \u00eatre diff\u00e9rents et que c’est en partie pour \u00e7a qu’ils ont ces peurs qui les bloquent au quotidien.<\/span><\/div>\n
Ils ont honte<\/strong> et ne parlent pas de leurs difficult\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/div>\n
S’ils en parlent \u00e0 leur proche, on leur dit que c’est dans leur t\u00eate, qu’il faut se bouger un peu<\/em>…<\/div>\n

C’est une erreur de croire que parce qu’on une phobie, on est diff\u00e9rent. <\/span><\/div>\n
En effet, tout le monde peut-\u00eatre phobique un jour, \u00e0 la suite par exemple d’un accident, ou de p\u00e9riodes de vie difficiles.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

C’est ce que croient beaucoup de personnes quand elles ont essay\u00e9 plusieurs m\u00e9thodes th\u00e9rapeutiques sans le r\u00e9sultat escompt\u00e9. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Elles essaient une fois et se disent que \u00e7a marche pas pour elle. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Elles baissent les bras beaucoup trop rapidement. <\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Elles abandonnent leur qu\u00eate de mieux-\u00eatre. De ce fait,\u00a0 elles s’abandonnent un peu aussi. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Tout le monde peut se lib\u00e9rer d’une phobie<\/strong> car nous sommes tous constitu\u00e9s de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Dans le cadre des phobies, les crit\u00e8res \u00e0 prendre en compte sont les pens\u00e9es (et croyances) , les \u00e9motions et les sensations.\u00a0<\/div>\n
Si \u00e7a fonctionne pour quelqu’un \u00e7a va fonctionner pour vous.<\/span><\/div>\n

Parfois le r\u00e9sultat s’obtient en pers\u00e9v\u00e9rant un peu plus.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

C’est une peur irrationnelle.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Il s’agit d’un danger capt\u00e9 par une partie de votre cerveau (le cerveau reptilien ) qui vous alerte \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on, \u00e0 travers votre corps. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0 votre corps est r\u00e9actif \u00e0 ce danger transmis et vous percevez des sensations physiques tr\u00e8s perturbantes. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • la boule dans le ventre, <\/span><\/li>\n

    Ces sensations physiques font tr\u00e8s peur aux personnes phobiques. Elles ont l’impression de compl\u00e8tement perdre le contr\u00f4le.\u00a0<\/div>\n
    C’est aussi ce qui les emp\u00eache souvent de se confronter et de sortir de leur zone de confort.\u00a0<\/div>\n
    \u00a0<\/div>\n
    Rassurez-vous comme pour toute peur irrationnelle, ce danger n’est pas av\u00e9r\u00e9 et il est donc possible de retraiter l’information consid\u00e9r\u00e9e par le cerveau reptilien comme un danger<\/strong>. <\/span><\/div>\n
    Ainsi, dans les situations habituellement probl\u00e9matiques, vous \u00eates tranquille et c’est d\u00e9finitif.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Elles se mettent une \u00e9tiquette de phobique. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Une difficult\u00e9 se contourne<\/div>\n
    Votre difficult\u00e9 actuelle est \u00e9motionnelle, rien de plus (m\u00eame si les cons\u00e9quences vous handicapent)\u00a0<\/div>\n
    Et la peur est une \u00e9motion, une \u00e9nergie qui circule:\u00a0 ce n’est pas vous. <\/span><\/div>\n

    Elles ont eu une enfance malheureuse, se sont fait rejeter, elles se retrouvent aujourd’hui bloqu\u00e9es par des peurs.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Elle se disent qu’elles ont pas de bol dans la vie .<\/span><\/div>\n
