La dopamine est un neurotransmetteur important du cerveau qui impacte votre motivation, votre productivit\u00e9 et votre concentration.<\/p>\n

C’est aussi une hormone\u00a0 qui va favoriser de belles transformations\u00a0 chez vous si vous comprenez comment augmenter sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion.<\/p>\n

Pour les personnes hyper stress\u00e9es, angoiss\u00e9es, savez-vous que sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion emp\u00eache, sur le moment, tous les effets n\u00e9gatifs li\u00e9s aux hormones du stress.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La dopamine a une double fonction:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Elle lib\u00e8re de l’\u00e9nergie<\/strong> quand elle s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e dans votre corps. Pour vous, cette \u00e9nergie se traduit par des sensations agr\u00e9ables.<\/li>\n
  2. Elle stocke de l’information et cr\u00e9e ainsi de nouveaux sch\u00e9mas mentaux<\/strong> qui m\u00e8nent de nouveau \u00e0 ces sensations agr\u00e9ables

    Ces nouveaux sch\u00e9mas mentaux, vous pouvez les imaginer comme des chemins de connexions neuronales. On peut m\u00eame simplifier en disant que chaque habitude correspond \u00e0 un chemin<\/strong><\/span>. Plus vous passez sur ce chemin, plus il vous est familier et moins vous devez vous forcer.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Je parle de vous forcer car, quand il s’agit d’emprunter de nouveaux chemins pour se confronter \u00e0 vos peurs, au d\u00e9but, ce n’est pas simple de changer vos habitudes.<\/p>\n

    Il vous faudra faire un GROS effort, au d\u00e9but, pour voir du positif dans ce que vous vivez. Puis, si vous pers\u00e9v\u00e9rez, ce sera de plus en plus simple; votre cerveau se souviendra que cette habitude est agr\u00e9able.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Comment augmenter sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion?

    Son niveau de s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion augmente quand vous:\u00a0<\/p>\n

    • mettez en avant le positif<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • accentuez des petits changements<\/strong> dans votre fa\u00e7on de voir les choses, de vous comporter, de r\u00e9agir dans certaines situations<\/li>\n
    • c\u00e9l\u00e9brez\u00a0 des petites ou des grandes victoires<\/strong> personnelles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      La dopamine cr\u00e9e alors ou renforce les connexions entre les neurones actifs au moment de cette accentuation du positif. Cela revient \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des habitudes qui sont en lien avec un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compenses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      C’est simple?<\/p>\n

      Oui simple \u00e0 le lire, mais en pratique, c’est une habitude \u00e0 prendre. Parfois, \u00e7a parait tellement simple \u00e0 certains de mes clients… qu’ils ne le mettent pas en place.\u00a0<\/p>\n

      Pourtant…<\/p>\n

      Sachez que parfois les m\u00e9thodes les plus simples sont celles qui fonctionnent le mieux<\/strong>. Votre mental pourra vous convaincre du contraire, c’est l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le b\u00e2t blesse … malheureusement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      Comment mettre en place de nouvelles habitudes
      \u00a0<\/h2>\n

      Et, s’appuyer sur le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compenses \u00e0 base de dopamine<\/p>\n

      1-Quelle nouvelle habitude voulez vous mettre en place?<\/h3>\n

      Cette nouvelle habitude va \u00eatre un objectif<\/strong> que vous allez int\u00e9grer en vous.<\/p>\n

      Votre objectif doit \u00eatre tourn\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on positive.<\/p>\n

      Donc, surtout,\u00a0 ne mentionnez pas ce que vous ne voulez pas! Ce serait IMPRODUCTIF.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      Si votre plus grande peur est la peur de dire non, votre objectif serait, par exemple:<\/p>\n

      \u00ab\u00a0J’ose dire NON \u00e0 ma meilleure amie pour respecter mes besoins\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      Tous les jours, quelques minutes<\/p>\n

      A ce stade, quels sont les freins<\/strong> pour atteindre cet objectif?<\/p>\n

      Prenez le temps de consacrer quelques minutes tous les jours \u00e0 \u00e9laborer les \u00e9tapes pour atteindre cet objectif. Y consacrer du temps va accentuer la production de dopamine.<\/p>\n

      Une fois que les \u00e9tapes sont re-\u00e9valu\u00e9es quotidiennement, n’y pensez plus.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      2- Visualisez votre objectif<\/h3>\n


      Une fois cet objectif int\u00e9gr\u00e9, je vous propose de le visualiser 2 fois par jour.<\/strong> D\u00e9cidez fermement \u00e0 quel moment vous allez le faire… quitte \u00e0 mettre un rappel sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.<\/p>\n

      Fermez les yeux, repr\u00e9sentez-vous une fois l’objectif r\u00e9alis\u00e9, mettez-vous en sc\u00e8ne en cr\u00e9ant la situation dans votre imagination.<\/p>\n

      Et le plus important, associez \u00e0 cette mise en sc\u00e8ne une \u00e9motion positive, \u00e9motion que vous allez accentuer au maximum.\u00a0<\/p>\n

      Votre cerveau ne fait pas la diff\u00e9rence entre ce qui est r\u00e9el ou imaginaire.<\/p>\n

      En faisant cela, sachez que vous:\u00a0<\/p>\n

        \n
      • permettez la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de dopamine<\/li>\n
      • vous rapprochez de votre objectif au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3-Mettez en avant le POSITIF quotidiennement<\/h3>\n


        Vous voulez mettre en place une nouvelle habitude et donc atteindre votre objectif.<\/p>\n

        Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la m\u00e9thode est de vous FOCALISER UNIQUEMENT SUR LE POSITIF.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Ca consiste en quoi?<\/p>\n

        Par rapport \u00e0 votre objectif, chaque jour, d\u00e8s que vous remarquez que vous vous comportez diff\u00e9remment, que vous pensez autrement et que cela est en lien avec votre nouvelle habitude, VOUS VOUS F\u00c9LICITEZ<\/p>\n

        Vous pouvez dire: \u00ab\u00a0super, j’suis trop content-e\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0c’est g\u00e9nial\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Youou j’ai r\u00e9ussi, j’suis fier-e de moi\u00a0\u00bb en ressentant de la joie dans votre corps<\/p>\n

        Si vous \u00eates tout mou en le disant et n’y mettez aucune \u00e9motion, la dopamine ne se s\u00e9cr\u00e8te pas et l’habitude ne se met pas en place.\u00a0<\/p>\n

        Dommage pour vous…<\/p>\n
