Par exemple, si vous avez peur des araign\u00e9es, votre zone de confort sera des endroits o\u00f9 vous n’avez pas d’araign\u00e9es. Si un de vos proches laisse ces petites b\u00e9b\u00eates tisser leurs toiles et vivre leur vie joyeusement chez lui, il y a peu de chances que vous lui rendiez visite.
